**Inky — AI Tattoo Design Assistant**

Welcome to Inky! Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Inky iOS application ("Inky" or the "App") provided by **Lucian Horvat** ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using Inky, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least **13** years old to use Inky. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Your Account

2.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account via Apple or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for your account security.

2.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time via the Settings menu in the app, which will permanently remove your data.

3. Subscription & Billing

Inky offers paid subscriptions ("Pro" and "Premium") that unlock additional features and remove watermarks. All billing is handled by Apple.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Subscription Linking: Subscriptions are tied to your specific Inky account ID. You cannot link a single Apple ID subscription to multiple different Inky accounts. Attempting to restore a purchase on a different Inky account will be rejected.

3.3 Cancellation & Refunds

Manage cancellations via your Apple ID settings. Refunds must be requested directly from Apple.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of your prompts and images. You grant us a license to process them solely to provide the service.

4.2 Generated Content

You may use AI-generated tattoo designs for personal and commercial purposes. We do not guarantee uniqueness of generated designs.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Inky to generate illegal, sexually explicit, or harmful content, or to infringe on intellectual property rights.

6. Disclaimers

6.1 Not Professional Advice

Inky is not a substitute for a professional tattoo artist or medical professional. Always consult a pro before getting a tattoo.

6.2 "AS IS" Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the last 12 months.
